All our dolls are hand crafted and take 10 – 14 working days to create.
Upgrades such as implanted hair, breathing, heated body and the sucking vagina would add an extra week.
Once your doll is complete we will send you photos. At this point, you can instruct us on any changes you would like to the hair, eyes, makeup, nipples, labia, pubic hair, body detailing etc.
Only once we have your final approval will be ship the doll.
All dolls are given a final 50 point check by our British staff before leaving the factory.
All dolls are sent with UPS or Fedex with live tracking.
We offer free delivery for all dolls, and accessories over US$300.
All our packaging and labelling is plain and discreet with zero indication of what is inside the box.
We use shock resistant protective packaging in plain brown boxes, approximately 150cm x 42cm x 28cm depending on your size doll.
All customs and clearance fees are included in the price.
For USA there are no import taxes, customs, duties or paperwork.
For Europe we do pre paid taxes so there will be no customs paperwork or import taxes the vast majority of times.
In some cases when customs paperwork is required we will pay the fees and guide you through the process.
